Privacy policy


Section 1 - overview of how ITYC LTD complies with the Privacy Act 2020

Must comply with the privacy act 2020, following the 13 principles on how I Think You’re Cute Limited  can collect, store, use and share personal information. Please note that I Think You’re Cute Limited, will further be mentioned as ITYC LTD. This is any information we collect and/ or store that tells someone something about a specific person
As per legal requirement, our appointed policy officer will work to ensure I Think You’re Cute Limited complies with the Privacy Act.

Our Policy Officer works towards, but is not limited to:
-  being familiar with the privacy principles,
- deals appropriately with complaints from I Think You’re CUte Limited’s clients and/or clients legal representation of potential breaches of privacy
- Handles appropriately any requests for personal information access, and/ or correction of stored personal information

- Acts as ITYC LTD liaison with the office of the privacy commissioner

Section 2 - Collected information

ITYC LTD asks that clients and/or customers share the following information: full name, email, phone number, address. ITYC LTD only collects this information to be able to complete the client and/or customers order(s). We ask for this information as it is required by third parties to complete orders. This collected information is only shared with said relevant third parties.
Relevant third parties are listed:

Payment processors - when the client and/or customer is taken to pay for their order(s) by payment processors including, but not limited to, Paypal, Afterpay, and Klarna.

Shipping and/or courier companies - when the client and/or customer has completed their order(s), and ITYC LTD fulfils it, the collected information at checkout from client and/or customers will be passed on to shipping and/or courier companies in order for the client and/or customer to receive their order(s). 

The information collected will be stored indefinitely on our secure servers. Clients and/or customers are able to request ITYC LTD change and/or delete any or all of their personal collected information, and ITYC LTD will oblige appropriately to the request. If a third party client and/or customer requests to access, change, and/or delete another client and/or customers information, ITYC LTD is not at required to, and will refuse, to give out, change, and/or delete any of that information.

Section 3 - relevant identifying information collection for shipping

ITYC LTD will only ask, collect, and/ or store personal information that is for a necessary, lawful purpose. As part of our services, we offer direct shipping for all our products to our clients and/ or customers. This requires us to collect the identifying information of: the client and/ or customer’s delivery address, billing address, full legal name, contact information such as email and/ or phone number. We shall ask, collect, and store this information only for the purpose of delivery. All clients and/ or customers shopping with ITYC LTD agree upon complete purchase that this legally collected identifying information shall be shared only with the required postal couriers, domestic and/or international, depending on client and/ or customers shipping destination/ address given.

ITYC LTD will only use this data for
Clients and/or customers shopping and purchasing from ITYC LTD upon entering identifying information agree that this personal private data is their own, or has consent from the relevant third party whose information it is. If it is information of a relevant third party, you represent and warrant that you have the third party person(s) permission to share their details with us, only for the purpose of completing delivery.
ITYC LTD will only use this consented data for:

  • Processing and shipping the order
  • Following and/or complying with shipping requirements, such as but not limited to, tracking and/or customs
  • Providing any and all customer service relating to that order

Shared relevant third party data that ITYC LTD collects will not use this data for any marketing purposes, nor will it be shared or sold to third party companies. 

Pertaining to all of section 3 of ITYC LTD’s privacy policy - if the client and/or customers chooses not to provide the relevant identifying information ITYC LTD requires to complete an order, we reserve the right to refuse and cancel any/ all of your orders relating to this issue. Within one week, ITYC LTD will attempt contact via your given email and/ or phone number to inform you of the requirement to refuse and cancel your order(s). If the contact information this client and/or customer has given ITYC LTD proves to be faulty, fraudulent, or purposefully incomplete, ITYC LTD will keep records complying with ITYC LTD’s Privacy POlicy and the Privacy Act 2020, to show ITYC LTD attempted contact, and that ITYC LTD is subsequently not liable, legally or otherwise, for failed contact. If contact can be made but the client and/or customer refuses to share the required relevant identifying information, or if contact cannot be made, a complete refund will be processed within 14 days of the relevant order(s) having been refused and cancelled, and contact attempted with the relevant client and/ or customer to inform them of this. The complete refund amount will be refunded to the payment information provided by the client and/ or customer when the order(s) was made.

Section 4 - payment information

ITYC LTD, through BigCartel, does not store any full payment information given. ITYC LTD will only ask for payment information at checkout to complete your order through payment. ITYC LTD clients and/or customers will then be redirected to our third party PCI-compliant payment pathways, using companies including but not limited to, Paypal, AfterPay, or Klarna. ITYC LTD, through BigCartel, provides SSL encryption to ensure that the client and/or customer’s data is safe and secure during transmission.

Section 5 - Social media 

ITYC LTD uses Instagram by META for brand awareness, advertisement, and/or marketing to drive more potential clients and/or customers to the ITYC LTD official website. They handle your data according to their own privacy policy, which you can read here: https://privacycenter.instagram.com/policy
