ITYC LTD's Returns and Refunds Policy

Email us with any questions or requests you might have by using our Contact Form. We will do our best to create an outcome you are satisfied with, in accordance with relevant policies.

Exchanges are available if you're not satisfied with the size. Buyers are responsible to arrange and pay for return shipping costs. All exchanged product(s) must be in their original condition. Please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date.

Returns are available if the product(s) are faulty and/ or damaged upon delivery. We will cover return shipping costs appropriately. Returns for faulty and/ or damaged products will be sent a replacement item. Please contact us within 30 days of the purchase date.

Returns are also available if you have a change of mind, we get it! Buyers are responsible to arrange and pay for return shipping costs. All returned product(s) must be in their original condition. We offer exchanges for alternative products, or store credit.
